This is what i have in my fridge and cupboard.......?

Just use the tomatoes, herbs, eggs, mustard, peppers, tuna, onion and cheddar cheese. Make a fritatta. In a medium sautee pan, over med. heat, sautee the onions and peppers in a small amount of er or oil. Meanwhile, mix the eggs with a tblspoon of water. When the vegs are softened, add the eggs to the pan and let the bottom set. Then cover the eggs with the herbs, drained tomatoes, drained tuna and about 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Place under your broiler and broil until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve. Have the milk and mars bar for dessert and save the rice, macaroni and Stilton for another day!
