NEED ADVICE ASAP.. bladder and poss kidney infection and poss more.. proff med advice only plz?

last week I think it was monday me and my husband went to urgent care and we got a preg test cuz Iv been naseus and my stomachs been killing me, turn out I have blood in my urine.. I have a long history of bladder infections, im talking at least one or two a month, but I just had a baby and didnt have any for a while. I was given 500mg of cipro to take twice daily. on the patient plan they put part of lab results on here and this was last week so prob got worse but thi sis what it started with: color:yellow Glucose: negative Blood: moderate pH:6.5 Protein: small Leukocytes: small I would go to urgent care again but dont want to leave my baby at home so please advise based on this info...... ALSO I have been diagnosed with hydronephrosis of the left kidney about 3 years ago if that has anything to do with it. hope to have some advise soon
