Does anyone know this song? (for all you indie kiddies)?

Allright. So I have the least helpful snippit of a song lodged in my brain. All I can really remember that it is a higher-pitched man's voice singing a little bit of a song before the instrumentals start and the last words before the music starts are "back to you." I listen to kind of indie bands so it's probably not anything mainstream.. I CANNOT find it! My best guess is that maybe I was listening to it as I was falling asleep at some point in the recent past. Any Ideas? I would be so happy if you found it!!
