PLEASE ANSWER, BIOPSY or HYSTERECTOMY?

my mom's doctor said that she has endometrial thickening in her uterus her doctor said that its better to have biopsy to check if its vicious or not, my mom is 50 years old and i think its better to have hysterectomy to end the problem as soon as possible, what do you think?
