Can you catch hiv from a "fist bump"or handshake with a cut?

Hello. I have terrible anxiety. I do not like to Shake hands and I was talking to an Hiv positive man (who was open with this fact) and he went to shake my hand.. i didn't want to hurt his feeling so I Shaked his hand.. even though i don't shake any persons hand. Well when he left I gave him a fist bump instead. But now I am worried because I had a cut on my Knuckle and a small cut on the palm of my hand (but that one was a day old) I have read that you can't Catch hiv from "casual contact" But if the man had a cut that I would not have seen I could have hiv now? I keep telling myself its just my paranoia. So i want to know if "normal" people would be worried also or should I let this go? If anybody out there has any hiv wisdom please help me I am a wreck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
