Are you smart?

I would if his foreign policy wasn't so horrible. His domestic policy is great. He is just about the only one running that understands the Constitution and the concept of limited government. However, his foreign policy of isolationism would hurt our economy and allow our enemies to kill more Americans. What good is a good domestic policy if we are dead?
