Would you call this racist, inappropriate or perfectly acceptable?

It was unacceptable and in very bad taste. Those people were stupid. They though they were being funny, but all they did was show their ignorance of the true culture that they were representing. People like that need to be shipped to their own little island somewhere, then forgotten. They are the cause of why this world has problems now.
