LSAT reading comp not improving?

I have been studying for the LSAT since the beginning of Dec. and am taking it Feb 7th. My reading comprehension is not improving at all. What do I do? I have been doing everything that my cl teaches me to do with the reading comp and I do all of the practice homework for it. I'm worried that if it hasn't improved in the 2 months that I have been studying, it won't in the next few weeks.

Patio puddle problem?

When it rains I end up with a big puddle at the edge of my patio. The ground at the edge (and under) is thick clay. Ive tried digging up and putting in pebbles for drainage but no joy. I've dug down 24". The area is about 6' x 2' that seems to cause the problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

When the vegs are softened, add the eggs to the pan and let the bottom set. Then cover the eggs with the herbs, drained tomatoes, drained tuna and about 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese. Place under your broiler and broil until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve. Have the milk and mars bar for dessert and save the rice, macaroni and Stilton for another day!

we had a house, 3 years ago my mother decided to sale. someone brought it but he did not paid it in cash. he paid it by installment and there are time he gave us goods as payments, where is it is not the agreements... 8 mos. my mother decided to stop him to paid the house, and she decided to gave back the partial money of the buyer... the buyer refuse to get the money.. we don't have land title for the house because we paid it trough installment. the buyer paid the land with out asked permission on us. we want to file a case not only against the buyer bit also against the Local goverment officer who allow the buyer to pay for our lot.. what kind of case that we are going to file against them.. can we get back our house?

I recently received a hair transplant. I asked how many grafts the Dr. could do and he said he stopped doing grafts counts a long time ago. He said it is just a general estimate. I told him another doctor said he could do 2500 grafts and he laughed and said there is no way to acutally have 2500 holes poked in my head. I loose some power going up hills, it is jerky or hesitant in some gears, and there is a ticking sound that wasn't there before. Some days are better than others it seems to depend on the cold weather. Really cold weather and not warming it up properly seem to agitate it more. what i always do is teach a move of both of it's types (or just one move if it only has one type) and then teach moves that are super effective against the type of pokemon that it's weak against. if you have the tms, teach arcanine sunny day and solarbeam, solarbeam can be used instantly when its sunny and fire moves are also powered up while its sunny. you can then teach it any powerfull move you want. i too have a gengar, his moves are shadow ball, focus blast, destiny bond, and sludge bomb. as for dragonite, GET HIM A VERY STRONG FIRE MOVE. you will need it when facing ice pokemon, they deal 4x damage. replace dragon dance with dragon claw and youre good to go. if it was me i would have kept twister, you can reteach it with a guy in blackthorn city for a heart scale (i have no idea how to get one without an action replay) the best thing to do for typhlosion would to give it a variety of move types (you can also swap ideas with arcanine) this strategy eats up a bunch of tms but it really works, you would be prepared for anything.

Alright, I have a question about writing/journalism?

So I'm 14, a freshman, and pretty much our life goes on transcripts all the way throughout highschool. My transcript probably looks boring now (considering I was cut from the basketball team this year), but next year I plan to start out new. I think all kids are cute! I mean the cute things they do! My 2yr old daughter asked me to make some bisquits. I put some in the oven while she and my 4yr old were downstairs watching Sponge Bob...she came upstairs when they were ready, she reached and grabbed 1 biscuit, then started to walk away and ran back to get another one and started to yell for her brother to come get some biscuits...when he didn't respond, she started to run downstairs to get him but remembered that I told her she must eat in the kitchen, turned around and left the biscuit she got for her brother and was about to go down the stairs munching on her biscuit, when she remembered she couldn't take it down, then she ran back..threw her biscuit down and raced down to get her brother and tripped and fell in the process...then the 2 of them came racing up the stairs! How bad can a marriage get before it's too bad?

I know no marriage is perfect and I just wonder if my marriage has normal problems or worse all my friends married and single say they would not put up with my husband. He talks ugly to me, we bicker at each other a lot, I run a successful business and have doubled my income in two years but I still don't make as much as him so it's not good enough, he goes and does as he wishes without asking, just expecting me to watch our son but I have to beg him to watch our son so I can get my hair done once every 3 months, I make him dinner every night and clean up after him ( he's super messy), I take car of all finances, even mow the yard on occasion when he refuses, I take out trash and keep the household running After working 12 hours a day, he works outside maybe 6 - 10 hours a day and he makes more money and he thinks that entitles him to be the more important one in the relationship. If he wants a snack or drink Im expected to stop what I'm doing and get it for him, but he never gets anything for me! I'm not allowed to inconvenience him but I'm supposed to wait on him hand and foot! Should the fact that he makes more money entitle him to this?

last week I think it was monday me and my husband went to urgent care and we got a preg test cuz Iv been naseus and my stomachs been killing me, turn out I have blood in my urine.. I was given 500mg of cipro to take twice daily. on the patient plan they put part of lab results on here and this was last week so prob got worse but thi sis what it started with: color:yellow Glucose: negative Blood: moderate pH:6.5 Protein: small Leukocytes: small I would go to urgent care again but dont want to leave my baby at home so please advise based on this info...... ALSO I have been diagnosed with hydronephrosis of the left kidney about 3 years ago if that has anything to do with it. hope to have some advise soon

Don;'t use wood chips! I have been using washed play sand and re-sifting it before I use it for a couple of years since mine were about 9 months old. I know it is said it is ok to use after a year but I also built feeding platforms in my tanks so their food is not on the sand. As an author myself, I am a firm believer that nothing is too "gross" to be put in a story. The more horrifying the better - without some sense of shock, the reader will only experience a hum-drum story that lacks the "wow factor". Just be careful to approach sensitive situations with delicacy; ie the beating of a young boy, a , etc anything like that that could come off distasteful and turn off your reader if handled in the wrong way. I think what you have is fine. Its not excessive, but is rather just enough to shock your reader into paying attention and keeping them interested in reading more. good luck!

I have 2 RES one male one female. We have had them for over a year when I bought them the store owner told me they wouldnt get any bigger. The plot sounds interesting, but your main question is about the character and honestly, Khari doesn't sound like a well-developed character. He sounds like a Gary Stu. Why? He's "different" (the whole half-dragon thing) which honestly isn't a bad thing as long as you have a reasonable explanation for it, as long as there are reasonable consequences (predjudice or fear from others, limitations presented by his unique condition, etc). My main problem with Khari though is that he doesn't seem to have any flaws or weaknesses. He's skilled at making things, skilled at swordfighting, and you have portrayed him as being one of those awesome people who are always fun to be around. Characters like this annoy me. Real people aren't perfect, aren't good at everything they do. Real people have flaws. If you want readers to identify with your character more, he needs to have flaws like a real person---flaws that are probably going to make him more relatable. Don't focus so much on making a character who's unique and wonderful and special. Oftentimes, the best characters come from ordinary people put through extraordinary cirstances, people who might not even necessarily be good people or likeable people. Just try to round him out a bit more and he could be a good character. Right now, he just sounds like another Gary Stu to me.

How to split up nightly duties for a newborn baby when you're a SAHM and nursing?

I am going to be a stay at home mom, while my husband works and provides for us. I will be strictly feeding as well. How will we split up duties throughout the night with the baby? Alot of people say it makes things way easier to help eachother out throughout the night for nightly feedings, changings etc.. How would this work when I am feeding and he has work early in the morning? I don't think it's fair to make him have to get up all night (although I am sure he will) to help with the baby when he has to get up and go to work for 10 hours during the day, and all I have to do the next day is take care of the baby (as in I can be sleepy and mope around the house because I'm at home). What do you suggest? It's not like I can say okay I'll take all feedings & changings from this time to this time, and then you can do the rest of the night, he doesn't have a for the baby to feed off of (haha) .... Eventually I will make bottles for during the night feedings for him to help out but that won't be for a little while anyways... What do you and your hubby do if you're a stay at home mom and strictly feeding?

Don't talk to her or make eye contact while she's in timeout or when you're putting her back if she has gotten up. When her time is up, tell her what she was doing wrong, why that behavior is unacceptable, and make her say she's sorry and hug you. If you're out in public, give her a warning and tell her if she continues to misbehave, she will lose her favorite toy for the rest of the day (or week). If she continues, you *have* to follow through. Always be calm, crouch down to her level and look in her eyes when you're talking to her. Be firm and calm. Being consistant is the most important thing. If you tell her she's going to have a consequence, you *have* to follow through with that consequence. After a few weeks of this, I bet her behavior is much more acceptable!

Can someone help me with smoke alarm placement?

I live in a very small, 5 room house. I have tried several smoke detectors over the years, and there seems to be no place I can put one that doesn't go off whenever I take a shower or cook. They are supposed to be placed a certain number of feet from heat sources such as kitchens or bathrooms, but there is no place in my house that is that far away. My kitchen is at one end of the house, and my bathroom a little past the middle. Even having the oven over a certain temperature (and yes, it is clean) makes it go off. I also have trouble with carbon monoxide detectors. Every time someone takes a shower, the gas alarm goes off. A family member wears a hearing aid, and the sound of the alarm is excruciating and makes the hearing aid buzz loudly.
