Stay alive?

in the movie stay alive there are two songs that are so beautiful but i don't know there names...the first song is when Phineus dies on the street & when his sister October & Hutch finds Phineus dead appears this sad song while October is hugging her brother, & the second song is when Hutch, Abigail & Swink go to the house, Swink stays in the car playing the game while Abigail & Hutch go inside the house...Swink tells Hutch to go to the back of the house & then this song appears its like a horror song or something.....please guys tell me what are the names of these two songs & by who is perfurmed....
