How can i convince my parents that they baby me?

im sick of it! im 17 and they treat me like a 12 or 13yrl! for starters i dont feel very independent. they dont let me drive many places &ive had my license since i was 15! i can only stay inside the city limits. anywhere else my mom has to tag along like im fuking 5! i wanted to go 2 a friends has around 7:00 one time and she was like "i better drive you out there, they're dong road work." they have only let me drive on a 4 lane high once. i wanted to go get some food for my lunch yesterday night & it was around 9:00 and they said "no its too late for u being out, u might get d or kidnapped".1st of all i live in the safest city in miss.i and have never had a murder here,so the chances of that happening, are slim. its not late i know PLENTY of kids in my grade whos rich azz parents buy them cars & their roaming the streets at like 12:00! their parents let them drive all over the state. wtf? when i go to college in a different city r they gonna come along and show me which streets
