Scared to show dad that im growing up?

ok so im a 13 year old girl and i only live with my dad. (my mom died when i was tiny) and some time or another, i will have to show him i am growing up. I wear a bra, i have , i shave, i pluck my eyebrows, and ive ad my period. i buy all this stuff with his girlfriend and my friends but he hasnt noticed yet. i always wear a sweater whilke im at home,or a baggy shirt.i throw my tampons and pads in my own garbage and hide it, i wear pants when im around him and dont let him look at my legs for too long and i feel wierd when he looks at me cuz im scared he will notice my eyebrows. except for that strangly, i dont feel wierd putting up posters of hot guy models and celebs ;D haha but whenever i talk about what a guy did at school or something i say "a guy" i never say thier name?? its weird i know but how could i subtly show him these things/??
