I have had a vasectomy, I am looking to get it reversed back !!!?

I have had a non surgical vasectomy, so all I need are my tubes rejoined, I know the successs rate is lower than normal once op has been performed, but how do I go about getting it reversed, I know it will have to be done privately, I just am not sure as where to go or ask for this reversal, any help in getting this operation underway please write back ................
