Does anybody know the exact date for the Casio Ex-G1 release?

Casio is coming out with a new rugged water/dust proof super thin camera and its being released in Dec, but I do not know the date. I would like to buy it before Christmas so I will have it as a gift for my boyfriend when he comes home for R&R. Casio Exilim EX-G1 12.1 MP Slim-line Endurance Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom is the name of it. Thank You!
